BLACKLION TYRES RETURN POLICY
To ensure an easy process of return/exchange please email us at support@blackliontyres.nz, with your name, date of your purchase and invoice number, then return the tyres to your nearest Authorized Blacklion dealer & we will arrange the refund or exchange.
If you believe you have received a faulty tyre please return the tyre to an Authorised Blacklion retailer immediately to have the tyre inspected.
We will not accept returns on damaged or worn tyres, please ensure all tyres are run at the correct psi (this can be found on all tyres, we recommend using the max psi -10).
Please refer to our Tyre pressure guide located at the bottom of our home page to ensure you get the best life out of your tyres every time.
*Refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items.
**If you change your mind or don’t like our products, we can process a refund minus the 10% service charges and restocking fee if the tyres were not shipped yet. Once the tyres are shipped, we will charge the two-way shipping cost to return the tyres to one of our warehouses on top of the 10% service charges.
